Class prep doesn't pause for a load of darks. Between IE's case-method schedule, a Complutense timetable, an exchange semester's travel weekends, and the chaos of living somewhere new, laundry is the first thing that falls off the calendar — right up until you're out of clean shirts the morning of a presentation.
We built a pickup service that doesn't ask you to plan around it. Book online, we collect from your door, you get it back the same day.

The weekly subscription
Most students who use us settle into a weekly pickup — same day, same time, every week of the semester. You book it once at the start of term and then stop thinking about it. Skip a week if you're travelling.
If you'd rather book one-off — a big trip home coming up, or catching up after exam week — that works too, with the same same-day turnaround.
Where we pick up
Student flats and residences in Argüelles and Moncloa, a short ride from Ciudad Universitaria; in Salamanca, around IE; and in the neighborhoods where students tend to land — Chamberí, Malasaña, Lavapiés. If your residence has a front desk or your building has a shared entry code, add it to the booking notes and we'll coordinate the first pickup; after that it's routine.
What's in the bag
Everyday clothes, gym kit, bedding, towels — everything a normal wash cycle handles. Sorted by color and fabric, folded by hand, back at your door the same day if you book a morning slot.
Free pickup, every day
Pickup and delivery are free anywhere in Madrid. We work every day, weekends and bank holidays too, so a Sunday-evening scramble before Monday's presentation is still fixable: book a slot, and the bag is back within 2 hours of pickup. Booking takes a minute, and the pickup itself can be scheduled for the same day.
What we don't wash
Dry-clean-only garments, leather, suede, and anything labelled hand-wash only — so the interview suit stays out of the bag. If you're not sure about an item, ask us on WhatsApp before the pickup.
