Laundry pickup and delivery, anywhere in Madrid
Madrid is a city of doormen, building intercoms, hotel receptions, and quiet patios. The way laundry gets in and out of a building matters as much as how it gets washed. We built the pickup and delivery side of the service around how Madrid addresses actually work.
You book online, choose a window, and we appear at the door — a residential building in Chamberí, a serviced apartment in Salamanca, a hotel reception on the Gran Vía, an office in AZCA. We hand back a sealed bag the same day, at the address you tell us to use.
Where we collect from
Anywhere inside the M-30 with no surcharge, and most of the periphery up to the M-40 on standard slots. Hotels along the Gran Vía, the Paseo del Prado, the Castellana, and around Plaza España. Long-stay apartments in Salamanca, Chamberí, Malasaña, Chueca, La Latina, Lavapiés, Argüelles, Retiro, Almagro. Offices along the Castellana, AZCA, and Cuatro Torres. Co-living and student residences near IE, ICADE, UAM, and the Complutense campus.
If your address is a touch outside the M-40, mention it in the booking notes — most weeks we can still make it work on the standard fee.
How the windows work
Pickup windows are two hours wide. Morning windows start at 9am, afternoon windows run until 8pm. You pick the one that fits the day; we confirm by SMS or email within minutes. Return windows are equally precise — we tell you a 1- to 2-hour band when we leave with the bag, not a vague “sometime tonight.”
Receptions, doormen, intercoms
Most Madrid buildings have a porter who keeps a quiet eye on deliveries. We work with them. If your building does not have one and the intercom is moody, leave a number in the booking notes and we will ring on arrival. For hotel pickups we walk to reception, identify the bag by the booking reference, and bring it back the same way — most central hotels know us already.
If the building has a back entrance through a patio or a service door, tell us once and we will note it on your account so the next pickup is friction-free.
Payment and confirmation
Payment is online when you book, so the handover at the door is just a handover. After delivery you get a final confirmation by SMS or email and, if you ask for one, an invoice with VAT, suitable for company expense reports.
