The grid between Calle de Serrano and Calle de Velazquez, north up to Calle de María de Molina and south to Calle de Goya, holds the city’s densest cluster of luxury hotels, serviced residences, IE Business University buildings, and long-stay apartments. We run it daily.

Pickup windows for Salamanca
Morning slots from 9am — book before 10am for a same-day return. Afternoon slots until 6pm — same-day return until 8pm, otherwise next morning. The 2-hour express runs across the whole district until late afternoon, useful for guests on a tight schedule before a Castellana dinner.
The Salamanca quirks we have learned
Many buildings have a daytime portero who handles deliveries and a separate concierge for the building’s services. If yours does, just leave the bag with reception and tell us where in the booking notes — we collect from the same desk. If the building is staffed only in the morning, book the morning slot so the handover lines up.
Most Salamanca hotels are familiar with us and route the bag through their bell desk without questions. If yours is not, the first booking is the only friction — one concierge call usually resolves the routing forever.
