Pickup timing for Salamanca
Book a collection any time between 10am and 7pm — no morning or afternoon split — and the bag is back within 2 hours. We run the whole district every day, including weekends and bank holidays, which is handy for guests on a tight schedule before a Castellana dinner.
The Salamanca quirks we have learned
Many buildings have a daytime portero who handles deliveries and a separate concierge for the building’s services. If yours does, just leave the bag with reception and tell us where in the booking notes — we collect from the same desk. If the building is staffed only in the morning, book an earlier collection so the handover lines up.
Most Salamanca hotels are familiar with us and route the bag through their bell desk without questions. If yours is not, the first booking is the only friction — one concierge call usually resolves the routing forever.
