Laundry pickup and delivery in Malasaña
Malasaña is the short-stay heart of central Madrid. Narrow streets, third- and fourth-floor walk-ups, Airbnbs and hostels stacked above ground-floor bars on Calle del Pez and Calle del Espritu Santo. Most of the apartments here either have no washing machine at all or a tiny one shared with three flatmates. We pick up from the door, deliver it back the same evening.

Pickup windows for Malasaña
Morning slots from 9am — book before 10am for same-day return. Afternoon slots until 6pm — same-day return until 8pm, otherwise next morning. The 2-hour express runs daily until late afternoon for guests on a tight schedule before a flight out of Barajas or a train back from Atocha.
The Malasaña quirks we have learned
Most Malasaña buildings have no portero. Intercoms are old and many of the door buttons need a firm push to register. If your buzzer is unreliable, leave a phone number in the booking notes and we will ring on arrival. If the front door is left propped open in the morning for the bar deliveries, tell us and we will walk straight up.
Lifts here are rare and small. If you are on a fourth floor with no elevator, leave the bag at the building entrance once you see us on WhatsApp — we are happy to carry it down, but it spares everyone five minutes.
