Laundry pickup and delivery in Retiro
Retiro stretches from the Paseo del Prado east to Calle de O’Donnell, with the park in the middle pulling families, joggers, and museum-goers in every weekend. Our pickups here are a mix — hotels along the Paseo del Prado and Calle de Alfonso XII, residential apartments around Ibiza and Niez de Balboa, and family-sized stays in the Jerónimos sub-district during summer.

Hotels along the Paseo del Prado — the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, the Westin Palace, the boutique properties near the Thyssen and the Reina Sofía. Apartments in the Jerónimos sub-district between the park and Calle de Alfonso XII, where short stays often come with a young family and a week’s worth of laundry by Wednesday. Residential addresses around Calle de Ibiza, Calle de Doctor Castelo, and the Niez de Balboa stretch.

Pickup windows for Retiro
Morning slots from 9am — book before 10am for same-day return. Afternoon slots until 6pm — same-day return until 8pm, otherwise next morning. The 2-hour express runs daily for guests with an early train at Atocha or a museum schedule that does not allow a wait.
The Retiro quirks we have learned
On weekends, the streets immediately around the park entrances on Calle de Alfonso XII and the Puerta de Alcalá close for the runners and the family crowd. Pickups still happen, but we sometimes park a block away and walk in. If you live on those streets, leave a contact number in the booking notes and we will text on arrival.
Many of the Jerónimos buildings have an attentive portero who is used to coordinating bag pickups for guests and tenants. Just leave the sealed bag with him with the booking reference and we collect from the same desk.
