Pickup windows for Chamberí
Morning slots from 9am — book before 10am for same-day return. Afternoon slots until 6pm — same-day return until 8pm, otherwise next morning. The 2-hour express is available daily until late afternoon for residents who realise mid-morning that the laundry pile is past saving.
The Chamberí quirks we have learned
Many buildings here have a single morning-shift portero who locks up by 2pm. If yours does, book a morning slot so the bag can be left with him; if you cannot, leave a number in the booking notes and we will ring on arrival.
A lot of long-stay tenants have learned to keep a folding bag in the closet for our pickups — the building elevators are small and a shapeless laundry hamper is a fight not worth having. Any cloth bag we can carry out works; we return the laundry in our sealed bags.
