Full laundry service in Madrid
Madrid runs late. Lunch slips past four, dinner starts when other cities are already in bed, and the weekends fill up with Retiro walks, Prado visits, and long evenings in La Latina. Stopping the day to feed a washing machine is not how anyone wants to spend it.
MadridWash is a full laundry service that meets you at the door. You schedule online, we arrive in the window you picked, we take the bag, wash and fold it the same day, and bring it back. From start to finish, you open the door twice and the rest of the day stays yours.
What “full service” actually means
Most laundry options in Madrid still expect you to do the legwork. A walk down to a self-service on Calle Fuencarral, a 30-minute wait for the dryer, an evening spent folding on the bed. It works, but it eats the day.
We do the opposite. Full service is the whole loop: collection from your address (free, anywhere inside the M-30 and most of the periphery), the wash and fold at our facility, sealed-bag packaging, and delivery back the same business day. You do not visit a store, you do not handle wet laundry, and you do not pay anything at the door — billing is online when you book.
Who books with us most
After a few thousand bags the patterns are clear. Travellers arriving at Atocha or Chamartín after a week on the AVE and realising the suitcase is past its limit. Apartment guests on stays of a week or longer across Salamanca, Chamberí, and Malasaña, where in-unit machines are tiny and dryers are mostly wishful thinking.
Hotel guests sent to us by concierge teams at the Four Seasons, the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, the Rosewood Villa Magna, and the Urso when in-house laundry quoted a 24-hour turnaround. MBA students at IE Business University juggling case studies in the morning and a clean shirt by the evening. Crews and long-stay residents around AZCA and Cuatro Torres who simply want the chore to disappear.
What is in the bag
Everything a domestic washing machine handles. Shirts, trousers, dresses, undergarments, sportswear, gym kit, kids’ clothing, bedding, towels, table linen, bathrobes. Wash temperatures are sorted by colour and fabric the way a careful host would do it at home.
We do not handle dry-clean-only garments. If the label says dry clean only, leave it home or send it to a specialist tintorería. Our remit is the everyday wash.
How fast is “same day”
A bag collected by 11am is back to you between 4 and 7pm. A bag collected by 1pm is back the same evening. For tighter windows we run a 2-hour express service across the central districts.
